Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags still attached
  • In the original packaging

Note on Final Sale Items: Due to the delicate nature of our premium knitwear, all knitwear items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our Miami-based support team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Use the template below for quick processing.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Miami studio using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Refund Timing: 5-10 business days after processing, depending on your financial institution

Note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the return.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will be issued in USD

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
